Adolosi Gomes is CEO and Managing Partner of ACP, responsible for leading the Group and its strategy and for relations with shareholders. He directly oversees the Investment Department and the Human Resources & Support Services Department.

He has been with ACP for over eight years, working on the FIPA I and FIPA II investments across the Luxembourg and Angolan structures. He previously served as a senior financial services analyst at Deloitte (Angola). He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Autónoma Portuguesa and a Master’s in Economics and Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

A founding partner and former CEO of ACP, Tiago Laranjeiro is now Senior Partner and Executive Director, overseeing the financial and administrative management of the ACP Group.

He previously served as an investment manager in Norfund’s Direct Investments team in South Africa, as a project officer at AMSCO (World Bank Group), and as a private equity and corporate advisory associate at Banco Privado Português. He holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Rui Madeira is Partner and Executive Director of ACP, overseeing Investor Relations and Marketing and Communications.

He previously advised Portugal’s Secretary of State for Finance on post-Troika privatisations, was a senior M&A and structured finance associate at Deutsche Bank (UK), and a corporate finance associate at Espírito Santo Investment in Portugal, Brazil and Poland. He holds an MBA from London Business School / Columbia Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Ana Mafalda Teixeira is Partner and Executive Director of ACP, responsible for the Group’s Compliance function.

She previously served as executive director for structuring and corporate advisory at Banco Privado Português, covering cross-border transactions, financing and private equity fund reporting, and as a special situations associate and corporate finance analyst at Espírito Santo Investment. She holds an Executive MBA from ISCTE Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Heinrich Nell is Senior Manager and Head of ESG at ACP, responsible for integrating ESG criteria into the investment process and for monitoring the ESG and impact performance of the FIPA funds’ portfolio companies. He also acts as Non-Executive Board Member in selected investees across the portfolio of the funds.

He brings extensive industrial experience in South Africa, in both growth businesses and large corporations, managing operational teams and major capital projects, with a strong background in finance, operations and marketing. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town, a Master’s in Engineering Management and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

André Ramos is Senior Manager and Head of Legal at ACP, responsible for the Group’s legal and corporate affairs.

A legal counsel with experience in corporate law, corporate governance and compliance in Portugal and Angola, he practised law at the Angolan firm Mc Jurist before joining ACP. He holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon Faculty of Law and a postgraduate qualification in Corporate Finance & Governance.

Vandelson Afonso is Investment Manager in ACP’s Investment Department, where he works on the origination, analysis and structuring of new investment opportunities and the monitoring of the FIPA funds’ portfolio companies.

Before joining ACP in 2026, he was Business Control Manager at G-Activos, S.A., responsible for assessing risk management, internal controls and the financial performance of the group’s companies, reporting directly to the Board. He previously spent about six years at EY in Luanda, where he became a Senior Auditor. He holds a master’s degree in finance and data science from University of Exeter.

José Katiavala is Finance Analyst in ACP’s Finance and Administration Department, supporting the Group’s accounting and financial reporting.

He previously worked as a PHC software consultant at Winsig, S.A. (2023–2026), implementing and configuring the PHC ERP, gathering requirements and improving business processes. From 2018 to 2024, he was an organisational development consultant at Organizações IOK, supporting institutional projects in the provinces of Huambo, Bié and Cuando Cubango. He holds a Master’s in Business Sciences from ISEG – University of Lisbon and a degree in Management from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.
