Fundo de Investimento Privado Angola (FIPA) has completed its 2nd close, with total commitments now up to 39 Million USD. The capital increase of the Fund was completed in July 2011 and was subscribed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, by Norfund and by BAI.
